Terms of Service

Last updated: July 25, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of OmniFoot (https://omnifoot.co), operated by À compléter — raison sociale ou nom de l'exploitant ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms.

1. What OmniFoot is

OmniFoot is a football analysis and information tool: match previews, statistics, AI-generated analysis and probability estimates. It is an information and analysis product. OmniFoot is NOT a betting operator: it does not accept, place, broker or facilitate any bet or wager, it holds no money on your behalf, and it acts as an intermediary for no betting operator.

Where the Service displays odds published by third-party bookmakers, or compares them with our model's own probability estimates, it does so as descriptive information about a market — not as an instruction, inducement or recommendation to place any bet. We do not link to bookmakers' services. Any odds shown come from a third-party data provider, are not exhaustive of the market, may be out of date or wrong, and are never an offer: only the bookmaker's own published price is binding. Nothing on the Service is a guarantee of any outcome.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Plans and features

OmniFoot offers a Free plan and paid Pro and Max plans, with the features and daily quotas described on the Pricing page. We may adjust features and quotas over time; where a change is material and to your detriment, we will give you reasonable notice.

4. Prices, billing and renewal

Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or annually through our payment provider, Stripe. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may be subject to VAT depending on your country. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period until you cancel, and you authorise us, via Stripe, to charge your payment method at each renewal. We will tell you in advance of any price change.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Because OmniFoot is digital content and services supplied immediately, by subscribing and starting to use the paid features you expressly ask us to begin performance right away and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has started, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you keep access to paid features until then. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not: scrape or bulk-extract data, or otherwise access the Service by automated means beyond normal personal use; resell, sublicense or share access; attempt to break, probe or circumvent security or usage quotas; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Availability and third-party data

We aim for high availability, but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. Football data is provided by third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.

9. Intellectual property

The Service and its content are owned by À compléter — raison sociale ou nom de l'exploitant or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Team names, crests and match data belong to their respective owners.

10. Disclaimer and liability

Analyses, statistics, probabilities, and any odds comparison or expected-value figure the Service may show are provided for information only, are generated in part by automated and AI systems, and may be incomplete or wrong. An expected-value figure is arithmetic applied to our own model's estimate — if that estimate is wrong, the figure is wrong, and a positive value implies no likelihood of profit. None of it is financial, investment or betting advice, and none of it guarantees any result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any betting or financial decision you make based on the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Responsible play

OmniFoot is about analysis, not gambling. If you choose to bet elsewhere, only bet what you can afford to lose. Betting involves financial risk and can be addictive. If gambling is affecting you or someone you know, please seek support from a dedicated helpline in your country.

12. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr and, in France, refer the matter to a consumer ombudsman (médiateur de la consommation).

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and your continued use of the Service after they take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
